Privacy Policy

How Apex Rebel collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Apex Rebel ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.apexrebel.co.za, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

1. Who is responsible

Apex Rebel is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us, including our Information Officer, at hello@apexrebel.co.za.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the contact form:

  • your name and email address;
  • your brand or company name (optional);
  • the service you are interested in; and
  • the message you write to us.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Like any web server, ours may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

3. How and why we use it

  • to read and respond to your enquiry;
  • to send you an automatic confirmation that your enquiry was received;
  • to prepare and follow up on quotes and services you ask about; and
  • to keep reasonable business records.

We use your information only for these purposes. We do not sell it and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to or have agreed to receive them.

4. Who we share it with

We do not share your information with third parties for their own purposes. It may be handled by trusted service providers who help us run the website and email (for example our web hosting and email providers), and we may disclose it where the law requires. Where we involve warehousing, transport or retail partners in order to deliver a service you have asked about, we will share only what is necessary and only for that purpose.

5. Third-party content

This website loads its typeface (Montserrat) from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser may therefore send your IP address to Google. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver any service you request and meet our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Keeping it safe

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you access to it;
  • correct or update information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • delete information we no longer need or are not allowed to keep; and
  • stop using your information, or object to how we use it.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@apexrebel.co.za. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
